Pearls In Time will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges if applicable.
Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase once the item has passed our return inspection process.

- 1. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization: Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form in order to ensure proper credit for return.
- 2. Shipment: We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost packages or return shipping charges. Please place the item in the original packaging and quality shipping box.
- Please print the RMA # clearly on the outside of your box and on the shipping waybill and remember to include the RMA form with the product inside the shipping box. Packages must arrive at our facilities within 90 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
- 3. Conditions of product return: Packages without a return merchandise authorization number cannot be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned in original condition within 90 days of purchase, items that have been abused, physically damaged, or show wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
